The repairs procedure.
Upon receipt of your faulty equipment, Totis will contact you with a diagnosis of the fault and an estimated cost of repair, within 24 hours.
If you decide not to proceed with the repair, a diagnosis charge will be levied and the item returned to you.
If you wish to proceed, the diagnosis charge and return carriage costs will be waived. We will return the repaired item to you within 5 working days, subject to the availability of the spare parts.
